1. Import files in the IMG archive

Use SparkIV or OpenIV to import the files from folder "Import to minigame.img" in the archive [GAME FOLDER]\pc\data\maps\props\lev_des\minigame.img:

cj_cash_pile_3.wdr\cj_cash_pile_3.wdr
