INSTALLATION STEPS:
1) Open OPENIV 2.3.6
2) Go to x64v.rpf\models\cdimages\streampeds_players.rpf\player_one
3) Replace the files with the new ones
4) Open the game and enjoy!

You can found them in various Suburban's or Binco's shops, or just choose them with a trainer, if you have one.
