Installation:
1. Take both the w_rifle.wdr and w_rifle.wtd and place them in weapons.img using open IV or a similar program
2. For the sound you will need a program called GTA-IVaud_1.1.5 open up the weapon file in pc/audio/Sfx/resident.rpf/resident/WEAPONS
Extract it to the desktop then rename it to WEAPONS.ivaud then open it with the program. find these sounds and replace them with the one included
