This mod changes the the traffic and ped amount in star junction to a more realistic amount, which more closely resembles NYC.

Installing:
1. Go to the GTAIV folder where your game is installed, then go to Common and then Data
2. Open up the .zip file and copy the popcycle.dat file into the data folder, replacing the original (REMEMBER TO BACK UP FILES BEFORE INSTALLING ANY MOD)
3. Done!
