This file will help you to grow up your fps.

Manual Installation:

Extract the zip file. And open Manual Installiation folder.
Then paste the two files commandlime.txt and framelimits.txt into your gta5 main directory.

OIV Installiation:

Open your openIV Software.
Then turn on edit mode and drag and drop the .oiv file in the openIV Software.
And you are done. :)

How to change framelimit:

To change framelimit. Simply open commandline.txt and edit the number.
Fps numbers will be given in framelimits.txt file.
