Graphics Addon

The graphic mod is based on the ENB series 0.75 | 0.76 generic extension.

What is implemented:
- Improved particle effects of fire, light, and more
- A timecycle of day and night weather conditions is set up
- Added and redesigned a bunch of 2dfx shadow lighting
- Customized reflection of the body on transport in the maximum preset
- Works on weak hardware
