RECOMMENDED MANUAL INSTALL - Using Spooky's IMG Tool, find and delete RUSTLER.DFF and RUSTLER.TXD-
then add included Rustler.dff and Rustler.txd and rebuild archive - Next, open the Handling.cfg
(rockstar + san andreas + data folder) -copy and paste the following handling line -SAVE-
