1: Extract the "scramjet_liv1.yft" file

2: Using OpenIV with Edit Mode enabled, place the file into "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto V\update\x64\dlcpacks\mpbattle\dlc1.rpf\x64\levels\mpbattle\vehiclemods\scramjet_mods.rpf\"
N.B. Spawn in SP with a trainer because mods are not allowed online.
