Replacement license plates for GTASA.

Real 1992 California/Nevada license tags. The commonly seen plates of the time. Accurate detail, with correct expiry stickers.

Includes two platebacks for California, one for Nevada and bonus 1993-2008 (current) California version.
Also new plate letter characters, ingame pics and readme file.
