Realistic Thunder/Wind Sound FX

This mod makes the sounds of a thunderstorm more realistic.

Changes:
- No more buzzing background noise
- Sometimes you just see a flash with no sound
- Close lightning now has very loud thunder sounds
- Lowered the wind noise volume
- All thunder sounds are now HQ and very crisp

Installation:
Please read the readme file that comes with the download!

Known issues:
- Thunder stops very harsh, no fading. (working on that)

MAKE A BACKUP AND PLEASE REPORT ISSUES!
