Sparks 1.0

This just adds a simple spark effect to pedestrians when shot. It's nothing special, just a little something to spice up the game a bit.

Bugs
When shooting sometimes the sparks are way off

If no sparks are showing up for you make sure you are aiming. (Holding right mouse button or trigger)
